The Role

Job description
The technical recruiter is responsible for conducting full life-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidate offers for various levels of Technology roles. The ideal candidate will drive positive experiences and maintain excellent relations with candidates, and internal/external partners throughout the entire recruitment process all while working remotely from their home location. The working hours are as per US eastern time (9.00am to 6.00pm Monday through Friday).

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • 2-5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting and closing technical talent.
  • Experience working with recruiting tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, Networking groups, Monster, Dice.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, reliable and consistent communication habits.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
  • A core understanding of IT recruiting
  • Identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies for niche roles and/or large-scale recruitment efforts
  • Thorough knowledge of the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for U.S. Citizens, GC, H1B and EAD holders.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, time management and strive to make the most of each day.
