Business Analyst/Deployment Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Learn and Understand Customer’s current business processes thoroughly.
2. Setup LoadProof Based on current customer’s business processes ensure Operational success.
3. Ensure the customer is getting the desired results with the LoadProof configuration
4. Onboard new users into LoadProof by performing training sessions
5. Work very closely with customers and help them obtain the planned “ROI- Return on Investment” using LoadProof
6. Technical and functional point of contact throughout the implementation of LoadProof and after LoadProof is live in the customer’s Supply Chain
7. Design and implement systems for warehousing, transportation, and Supply Chain functions, leverage modern design principles, modern UI UX principles and that are much easier to use
8. Design and Implement modern Mobile and Web User Interfaces following Apple and Android mobile UI/UX best practices that are intuitive and require zero training
9. Transform customer’s archaic, paper-based processes into digitized Supply Chain processes using mobile devices that not only enable electronic data collection storage and retrieval but also makes the processes much simpler, easier to use and overall able to execute digitally in an easy, efficient, and productive manner
10. Provide design for client specific enhancements, proactively troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during the implementation, and update & maintain the project issues list
11. Acts as a Customer Support Consultant and an Account Manager and take care of them so well, so you will be the first person they call you when they need anything
12. Work with the Technical Support team to get any assistance that is needed to solve customer’s problem.

Educational Requirements

1. Fresh out of College with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering or with MS degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing/Quality Control/Supply Chain/Distribution/Warehousing
2. Knows and understands functional processes involved in running a Warehouse or a Distribution Facility
3. Knowing modern mobile and web UI UX design principles that can be implemented in Enterprises is a big plus
4. Knowing Warehousing processes and functions and execution of such process using systems such as WMS, TMS, ERP etc., is a big plus
5. Training Available before starting
