YepChat powers customer communications for some of the most respected restaurants in the World including: Sweetgreen, Tender Greens, Lemonade, Tocaya, Alfred Coffee, Modern Market and more. YepChat improves customer service, increases efficiency, and drives digital orders. YepChat was founded by two MIT classmates.

Other job titles we were considering for this role: Chief of Staff, Growth Hacker, Project Manager, Startup Ninja.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and ambitious operations manager to hit the ground running because we need the help yesterday. The candidate must be resourceful and always thinking about the customer. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. Starting salary is just that, starting. Expect 1-2 years in this role before moving up.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year university
• 1-2 years of real work experience, ideally in a fast paced startup environment
• Tech savvy (can learn new tech quickly)
• Customer service experience in any capacity ("the customer is always right" mentality)
• Highly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets (vlookups for sure)

Nice To Have:

• Based in Los Angeles
