About the role
We are looking for a Customer SuccessManager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales ,marketing, technologyteams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with ourcompany’s clientsto boost our brand and profits in the long-run.

Roles and Responsibilities
•Build relationships with designated points of contactsappointedfrom the client’sside.
•Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
•Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
•Act as point of contactfor complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
•Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
•Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
•Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
•Collaborate with internal teams (e.g.,sales, technology, senior management) to address customers’ needs.
•Monitor and respond tofeedback fromcustomers thereby building a strong customer success vertical.
•Support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of your products.
•Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices.Requirements and Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
•4+ years of experience in customer service and client relationshipmanagement.
•Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.
•Devotion to high-quality customer service.•Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
•Be accountable and take ownership of tasks assigned.•Keen analytical and research abilities.
•Knowledge of relationship management best practices.•Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
•Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.
•Patient, empathetic and customer-oriented attitude.
