Business Development Manager(Inside sales)-UK Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Dial outbound calls (Min 6 hours of telephonic prospecting) to find prospects, generate leads and arrange meetings.
• Prospect/Refine the lead from cold calling.
• Call lead prospects that are generated by internal/external source.
• Encourage the customer to come for a property tour, follow up on leads assigned.
• Direct prospects to the field Business Development team and ensure follow-up.
• Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements.
• Manage periodical emails & WhatsApp messages.

Desired Skills:

• Any degree qualification
• 0-3 Years of experience into outbound calling
• Basic computer skills: MS Excel & Word, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Preferable Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi
• Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm
