Digital Marketing Intern @ OckyPocky

Responsibilities:

Communication & Writing: Build a communication plan, manage all push notifications & email-related activities, including newsletters, onboarding emails, drip campaigns, triggered messages etc.

Focusing on the customer funnel and strengthening it. Increasing customer engagement on the portal

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing objectives are understood and build a marketing plan around it

Conceptualize, contribute and execute plans for customer activation, engagement, retention & loyalty

Requirements:
Empathy for the customers
Some understanding of kids domain
Prior internship experience in creating branding content is preferred
Understanding digital marketing tools and databases will be an added advantage
