Ads Manager

Looking for a universal ads manager that can effectively strategize and execute in a collaborative, fully remote environment. Ideally you have experience in Google ads, Facebook/IG ads, and potentially other platforms and can understand how spend on one channel affects the others and how to create a cross-channel strategy for eComm businesses. You will have channel support as we grow.

This will start as a contract role to ensure we're a good fit for each other.

• Experience with start-ups and new market ad strategy
• Experience growing an ad account from $0 to $20k per month in ad spend
• Consistent ROAS, New market growth, remarketing
• Collaborate with Creative team to give them guidance on what to build
• B2C Ecomm experience
• B2B experience
• Show me how you've made something from scratch and really made it work :)
• You are excited about figuring out how to make the most of ads
• You have innovative ideas but also enough experience to have a sense of what will work and what will not

Day-to-day:

• Manage a number of ads initiatives across B2C and B2B clients
• Optimize ongoing ads campaigns on FB, Google, YT etc
• Build out new tests for creatives, copy, audiences and platforms
• Collaborate with the Creative team on what assets are performing and what to test next

- Provide daily/weekly stats as needed per client on spend, ROAS, CTR, Add to Carts, Conversions etc.
