Expert Facebook Media Buyer

EXPERIENCED E-COMMERCE FACEBOOK ADVERTISING MEDIA BUYERS: We are looking for someone who understands a full funnel approach, is organized, task oriented, strong analytical skills and problem solver who can achieve positive campaign ROAS. QUALIFICATIONS:
Facebook Advertising Experience

• Is an "Expert" E-Commerce Facebook Media Buyer with an optimization goal to achieve low CPA and high ROAS.
• Has managed multiple ad accounts with a minimum of $50k in monthly ad spend, per account. This includes knowledge in optimizing and scaling budget while improving and/or obtaining the same performance.
• 2+ years of Paid Facebook Ad Management experience with e-commerce brands.
• Experience in moving an audience from top to bottom of the funnel.
• Depth of knowledge in campaign set up, segmentation and structure.
• Knowledge and experience with Facebook Conversion & Catalog objectives.
• Capable of contributing new strategies and tactics.
• Excellent writing and creative content skills.

Organized & Task Oriented

• Comfortable planning, organizing, and scheduling campaigns efficiently and consistently. This includes launching new accounts, product releases, holiday discounts and brief promos.
• Able to work on 5-8+ accounts without confusion and accomplish tasks when due.

Strong Analytical Skills
Clear understanding of how to review, analyze, and describe reporting metrics.

Consistent Communicator

• Able to consistently document and discuss optimizations made to campaigns.
• Must be able to research independently, solve problems, and ask for assistance when necessary.

Passionate About The Industry

• This is deal breaker. You must be passionately obsessed with learning Facebook Advertising.
• Facebook Blueprint Certified preferred - not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a marketing strategy and plan that you can execute and optimize for new and existing clients.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to meet and exceed client KPIs.
• Comfortable reviewing data with our proprietary reporting tools.
• Discuss campaign performance with internal teams and externally to clients via Slack.
• Research client competitors, customers, market opportunities and develop strategies.
