You will play a key role in our growth by executing integrated growth and marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As a Marketing Manager (Demand Generation), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a demand generation strategy to amplify our reach
• Own all initiatives to create awareness, acquire, and grow our customer base
• Own campaign performance and funnel conversions; and reporting against demand KPIs
• Map out and build customer journeys with content marketing
• Experiment, optimise, and integrate growth tactics across campaigns
• Identify new opportunities to scale top of of the funnel acquisition
• Set strategy and execute always-on programs, including email and lead nurture programs, webinars and targeted marketing campaigns
• Orchestrate customer growth strategies across marketing and GTM teams to deliver new customer opportunities
• Manage event operations, end to end -- including webinars, roadshows, events
• Work closely with the sales teams to create effective acquisition campaigns
• Plan and execute sponsored social media, paid advertising, and display advertising as part of the campaign management

Desired Skills and Experience

• Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market
• 3+ years in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS
• Have worked in a growth startup or scale-up previously
• Marketing automation experience (Hubspot preferred)
• Ability to align tactical plans with strategies
• Ability to demonstrate a proven record of success
• Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
• Proven experience working with sales teams
• Knowledge of website, analytics tools eg Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude
