We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in our growth by executing integrated growth and marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As a Marketing Manager (Demand Generation), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a demand generation strategy to amplify our reach
- Own all initiatives to create awareness, acquire, and grow our customer base
- Own campaign performance and funnel conversions; and reporting against demand KPIs
- Map out and build customer journeys with content marketing
- Experiment, optimise, and integrate growth tactics across campaigns
- Identify new opportunities to scale top of of the funnel acquisition
- Set strategy and execute always-on programs, including email and lead nurture programs, webinars and targeted marketing campaigns
- Orchestrate customer growth strategies across marketing and GTM teams to deliver new customer opportunities
- Manage event operations, end to end -- including webinars, roadshows, events
- Work closely with the sales teams to create effective acquisition campaigns
- Plan and execute sponsored social media, paid advertising, and display advertising as part of the campaign management
Desired Skills and Experience
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market
- 3+ years in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS
- Have worked in a growth startup or scale-up previously
- Marketing automation experience (Hubspot preferred)
- Ability to align tactical plans with strategies
- Ability to demonstrate a proven record of success
- Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
- Proven experience working with sales teams
- Knowledge of website, analytics tools eg Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude
