We are Sydney Dreams, a boutique short term rental management company based in Bondi Beach/Darlinghurst. Around 20 properties under management and growing. Both rental arbitrage and management deals.

A team of:

Me, James, the founder (living in Europe)
2 staff in the Phillipines
1 runner - for everything physical (non cleaning, non tradie tasks)
1 part time cleaner and 1 external cleaning company
You are:

• Experienced in the Sydney short term rental management industry, having run a similar sized portfolio previously (DO NOT APPLY IF NOT EXPERIENCED WITH THIS)
• Capable of running a business autonomously
• Have perfect attention to detail, with no need to be reminded to do something if asked once
• In the typform below, on question 4, before answering, please insert the word banana but make the first letter of the word capital and the rest lowercase, so I know you read this.
• Confident in your ability to lead the team, and find new deals for the business.
• Happy to work from home as we don't have an office.

Pay:

• Fixed pay for 20 hours per week
• Plus a share of net profit generated from any new business you create
• Plus a share of the net profit of the existing business we already have

• Plus a share of the sale price of the business, IF I decide to sell at any point in the future
