With a dedicated team working across Sydney, India and the Philippines, we are looking to expand our Sydney team by hiring a startup savvy Marketing Manager who will support the Founders in developing and executing our company marketing strategy.

As the sole Marketing thought leader for Mastt you will be responsible for not only the delivery of the strategy, but you will also work alongside our leaders to support them with their marketing initiatives and ensuring they are in line with the broader business goals.

Responsibilities
- Manage and build the company marketing strategy
- Be the ‘go-to’ person for our product, sales and customer success teams for all things marketing.
- Be responsible for building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, any cool stuff you find etc.)
- Create, manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, online and print advertising campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition.
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels with the sales team.
- Create various email lists with input from the Sales team based on segments and behaviors learn from past email marketing campaigns.
- Conducting customer, competitor, and product research.
- Create reports containing description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.
- Identifying new opportunities, propose new and improved ways of doing things and staying on top of current marketing trends.

Our ideal candidate is someone who brings:
- 3+ years experience in marketing management or in a standalone marketing role.
- Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, inbound marketing and content generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – our team is a mix of local and remote, you will need to effectively communicate with teams and founders whether in person or over video.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Efficient organizational and time management skills.
- Data-driven and research-oriented.
- Proficiency in Hubspot, marketing automation and blogging software features
- HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite hands-on experience is an advantage
- Passionate about changing the world and disrupting the construction industry
Bonus experience
- Use of user behavior tracking tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
- A level of technical understanding in web development
