The Role

Online events are a crucial part of how we connect to our target audience at Fullstack. As an Events + Partnerships Executive, you’ll work with the Marketing team to ensure the Fullstack message is getting to the right people in your region. The goal of the events team is to drive new leads to our sales team, generate brand awareness, and create opportunities for stronger relationships with new and existing customers. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in planning and implementing events we run in-house, as well as facilitating our partnerships with key industry players in the tech community.

What the role will look like

Manage the event calendar
Manage all event logistics, deadlines and schedules
Run event based campaigns and reach out via Hubspot and socials
Manage partnerships with leading industry players
Use marketing templates to create event specific social artwork
Manage pre & post event communications
Liaise with Sales in region to develop event strategy
Work with Brand Manager to ensure messaging and design is aligned with event focus / who we are
Work with Design team to ensure booth design, collateral and swag is designed and set
Work with Marketing/Sales Operations and Education lead to ensure event leads are nurtured by entering appropriate drip campaigns
Manage flights and accommodation for the team attending the event
Report on events
Report on follow up campaigns

What we’re looking for

Proficiency using the tools of the trade: HubSpot, Monday, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, Zapier
Excellent written communication for copywriting emails, social posts and draft event landing pages
Articulate verbal communication skills for speaking with suppliers, event partners and delegates at events
Smart time management and organisational skills
Ability to handle criticism without taking it personally
Experience with hosting events, winning support of ecosystem partners, running events at conferences, trade shows and other events
Experience with running online communities via Slack, Facebook or other
Strong gnderstanding of marketing, design and brand
Ability to show initiative, be flexible, and solve problems on the run
Willingness to learn and understand the Fullstack suite of services and value proposition
