We’re looking for someone who can create, plan, execute a multi-channel funnel for us. We also want to scale our already active paid marketing channels (LinkedIn/Twitter/Facebook/Instagram) while hitting demanding CPA targets. While you’ll be owning demand generation, you will still be working across the organization and funnel to drive revenue growth!
What your typical day will look like:
• Managing and executing on the entire paid advertising process, from copywriting, keyword research, all the way to campaign implementation
• Ideating and collaborating with our designers to create engaging, informative and effective ads and landing pages
• Write email sequences and create automations on HubSpot
• Deriving insights from data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Ads Reporting, HubSpot to help inform your marketing decisions
• Running A/B tests to optimize our campaigns while simultaneously learning about our users
• Documenting and presenting your learnings, successes, and failures to the team during our weekly company-wide metrics meetings and internal strategy sessions
What we would like you to have:

• You have minimum 1-2 years of demand generation experience, ideally at a B2B company
• You have demonstrated results from your experience executing and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Facebook / SEM), and are comfortable managing budgets up to $40k per month
• You have strong written and communication skills that will allow you to articulate our value proposition through your copy, as well as share your learnings with the team
• You are obsessed with personal development and learning, and you want to build yourself up to manage a growth team in 1-2 years
• You have experience and HubSpot certifications
• You thrive in a fast-paced, “agile” environment where you are forced to constantly adapt
• You love diving into the numbers using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, etc.
• You’re resourceful and love the idea of being a critical part of a small scrappy team
Bonus points
• Must be tech-savvy and should love crunching data
• Experience in a startup or fast-growth environment
• Ability to use video/design tools such as Photoshop, Premier Pro and Illustrator/Indesign
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or something similar
• Basic HTML or SQL knowledge
