At NORM, we are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Content Creator to produce high-quality outputs for our business. The Content Creator will update existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach consumers. You should also contribute to the shaping of our stylistic guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage and schedule client content calendars across all platforms (including, but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn)
- Set-up, amplify, measure and report on clients’ social and digital campaigns organic and paid
- Measure, analyze and report on social and digital metrics /results, both in an “always on” and campaign capacity
- Assist in or managing digital content projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment of brand guidelines (e.g., language, tone, voice, and style), best practices, execution, reporting and insights.
- Produce content in text, imagery and video formats (with third-party vendors where needed) that contribute to the execution of client strategy, with the ability (and desire) to make quick design and copy edits when required
- Assist in ideation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
Qualification and Skills
- Proven experience in content marketing - digital marketing and social media planning/strategy
- Degree/Certificate in Marketing, PR/Communications or Journalism or related discipline
- Experience with MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, and any other marketing automation tools
- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the role, including writing, editing, and vetting content
- Intermediate to senior-level proficiency using MS Office suite
- Experience running paid media campaigns on social and digital channels; including Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager is a must
- Proficient in using social media scheduling and reporting tools (Buffer, Hootsuite), campaign set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags for campaign launches
- Graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator)
