Resale is just the beginning for us: we are building toward serving our customers at all points in the wireless life cycle. Orchard is well on its way to being a major player in Canada’s wireless industry, and we plan to achieve that by continuing to delight customers in a business where people are too used to being mistreated.

We grew more than 150% in 2020, and we are augmenting our team to deliver on our aggressive growth goals for 2021.

Our ideal candidate would have at least 2-3 years experience with content marketing and/or demand generation and the following skills:

Digital advertising:
• Continuously test and experiment to optimize all channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy

Content creation and optimization:
• Develop and execute landing page SEO strategy
• Write 2 pieces of content per month

Operations and reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
• Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and apply those insights when designing marketing campaigns
• Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance

This is an integral role at Orchard, and you will have an outsized impact on the business. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team, and when/if you (eventually :P) move on, you’ll have meaningfully leveled up your experience.

We set a high bar in terms of performance but are happy to accommodate different work styles and schedules.
