Castango.com is an on-demand job marketplace for Actors, Models, Influencers and Talent. This is a remote work opportunity with weekly meetings in Las Vegas area. Ideal candidate must be comfortable in a start-up environment. Must be tech savvy and comfortable with website management, clerical duties, Internet marketing, research and development.
The Opportunity:
An opportunity to be a part of an early stage company in the growth phase as a hands on Marketing Assistant to the owner placing you in a position to capture and participate in the daily realities of a growing tech operation and get paid for it!
The Position:
We are seeking local candidates for a Marketing Assistant position. The person must be articulate, self-motivated and a stellar multi-tasker with good decision making skills. Ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, flexible and interested in a long term opportunity. This is a part-time role for now with room to grow with the company. This is a good opportunity for someone, like a senior university student who can dedicate 15-25 hours a week. Should be available at least 3 days a week, have reliable transportation, a computer with wifi, cell phone etc... Your capacity to follow directions and think on your feet is a huge benefit. Main responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Administrative:
• Organizing a schedule, appointment setting, send meeting invites
• Manage Google Shared drive with folders, documents, and files
• Manage CRM database, import contacts, data entry
• Phone calls, emails, follow up
• Prepare lists, research and data scraping
• Proof reading, content modification
• Research blog topics and keywords
Technology:
• Basic website monitoring
• User testing, member screening , report bugs
• Monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube )
• Engage with followers, add followers, join groups, comment on blog posts
• Track analytics, summarize weekly sales, seo results
General Business:
• May attend, conferences, trade shows, productions, photo shoots, red carpet events and other meetings as needed.
Technical Skills Needed:
Must have familiarity with Word Press, Google Apps, Mailchimp, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Hootsuite, Google Analytics
Compensation:
The pay is hourly and is task driven. Almost every task will be given to you in writing with the expected results and time frame for completion. This process will function as a tracker for pay. If we are a fit then it increases. If you prove to be an invaluable resource, plan to remain in Las Vegas and want to grow with the company then the sky is the limit.
