We are looking for a proven digital content marketer to manage our growing social media, digital video and content marketing campaigns.

What we’d like to see:
- BS in Marketing, Communications, Finance or Statistics
- 2+ years of digital content management, digital video production, or social media marketing management
- In some situations we will consider candidates with a proven track record in other areas of online marketing or ecommerce
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat, TikTok). Proficient at MS office suite, digital video production tools, photoshop/image editing).
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
- Excellent visual and written communication skills
- Experience developing, executing and optimizing content marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and customer retention
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter/Self-driven; Positive working attitude
- Experience with international marketing is a plus
Initial Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing comprehensive long-term content marketing strategies focused on increasing gross merchandise sales for thedrop.com and uk.thedrop.com.
- Managing in-house and 3rd party resources to create and optimize digital content marketing campaigns
- Prioritizing and launching video centric content campaigns for Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and Snapchat
- Working closely with our partners and brands to create compelling content for campaigns
- Closely collaborating with analytics and marketing teams for campaign optimization purposes
- Objectively evaluate all current systems and processes
- Closely collaborating with marketing, graphic design, merchandising, customer service and engineering teams.
- Develop daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting.
- Refine all customer communication strategies.

Compensation:
Contingent upon experience and qualifications. Performers that can GSD (get s@&$ done) right will be rewarded including regular KPI bonuses.
