Growth Marketing Lead

Full time position. Here's what we're looking for:

We are looking for a creative, self-starting Growth Marketing Lead who will design a growth marketing program from the ground up, managing all outreach, brand strategy, with starting main focus on instructor list then venturing to student list, as well as organic and paid social media marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute the initial marketing plan for Utudy
• Implement growth and engagement strategies across multiple channels, including paid campaigns, social media, original content production, and press.
• Oversee and manage all communication channels, including email, social and push messages.
• Create and manage budgeting effectively.

The main focus will begin with growing Utudy's instructor list and classes, and then branch off to growing Utudy's students and users.

Candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degreeor equivalent practical experience.
• 2 + years of experience in growth strategy, branding, social media management and/or in related marketing roles. Experience doing so at an educational facility or start up is a plus.
• Experience in education, online education, tutoring or educational technology a plus.
• Ability to work effeciently and indepdently.
• Strong verbal and written communiation skills.
