GuineaDad is a startup that manufactures and supplies products for small animals. We are looking for a diligent and experienced individual to join our team!
As GuineaDad continues on its hyper growth trajectory as a premium brand in a niche, but sizable, market, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who can lead independent work streams, manage up to 2 associates, and support the Marketing Director in the execution of strategies aimed at growing a recently launched marketplace.
Our marketing team, which is set to double over the next 3 months in size, is based in our Las Vegas office.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage social media marketing for brand and execute upon a cohesive, consistent strategy
- Optimize site for organic traffic and develop multiple creative ideas to build brand awareness outside of paid search
- Understand, define, and track conversion funnel to identify opportunities for improvement or to analyze leakage
- Validate market opportunities through market and customer research
- Any other responsibilities as directed by the management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2-5 years of relevant experience in demand generation, or social media marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience using google analytics, and analyzing conversion funnels
Excellent oral and writing skills, including thoughtful attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects: prioritizing and delegating where needed.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Working Schedule:
Full-time: Monday – Friday, 6am - 5pm, typically 50 hours per week, but as much as necessary to get work done.
Job Type:
Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
