About You:

You are already a driven paid media marketer. Your primary experience is in managing paid ads for companies across multiple indutries. You know what the key performance metrics for success are, and you wake up in the morning thinking about how you’re going to maximize ROAS, CAC, LTV and Conversion Rates in a complex digital media environment.

But that is just the beginning. You love seeking out problems and unanswered questions, and then you solve those problems and find answers to those questions. You want to know how a business works and how you can grow it from top to bottom. You’re enthusiastic and want to learn as much as you can about what you don’t know.

Responsibilities

-Manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other paid media campaigns to revenue targets within ROI requirements.
-Create, categorize, and refine keyword lists, audience targeting, and more to create a comprehensive campaigns that drive high quality results for our clients.
-Write ad copy at scale to maximize campaign performance
-Ongoing campaign management and bid optimization
-Troubleshoot fluctuations in conversion rate, CTR, quality score, impression share, etc.
-Identify opportunities for landing page optimization to increase conversion rates.
-Set weekly tasks and project priorities
-Communicate regularly with clients and management on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis
