So, what can you expect to work on?

You have a full P&L Ownership for a key foodspring category from turnover to category contribution.

- You are responsible for Portfolio Management: Delivers Category Strategy and vision, Reviews Category Performance and drives actions, and drives Category optimization, delists & lifecycle management.

You own the Innovation Agenda: Delivers the innovation Strategy per category incl. innovation roadmap and leads the E2E innovation process (from idea to shelf).

Delivering Activation Framework: You build and drive the activation framework for the respective category and develop a clear messaging framework per category & product.

Capability leadership: You become the reference and leader for a Product Marketing capability and guide other team members in continuously upgrading and improving.

You collaborate with other functions in an agile and operational way: sales, marketing, research and development, market research and insights, commercial planning, and regulatory affairs.

You lead cross-functional project teams.

What you offer us:

• 4+ years' product/portfolio/commercial marketing experience, ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods business. DtoC is a PLUS.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• You have informally led cross-functional teams.
• Your portfolio strategies are based on consumer-centric insights/learnings.
• You balance operational and strategic capabilities.
• All your work is consumer-centric.
  
• You feel comfortable if not all processes are set in stone and are excited to drive to set a mark.
  
• You have excellent written and spoken communication in English, and German (nice to have).
