Senior Product Manager- B2C

Description
As a Senior B2C Product Manager (m/f/d) for our ZINSPILOT platform, you will be responsible for a strategically crucial product by building on its success, and elevating it to the next level. This is a unique opportunity that will require the ability to channel a wide range of information from stakeholders and customer to generate a compelling strategic product vision. You will have high visibility to our executive leadership team and opportunities to extend your influence across our overall B2C strategy.

What will keep you challenged?

Own and lead a development team to deliver substantial business values against KPIs
Identify product enhancements and opportunities for one of the company's major revenue generators
Partner closely with our Head of Marketing and CMO to define the roadmap and product vision
Drive discovery process by partnering closely with tech leads and business
What will make you succeed?

Communication skills are vital because you will collaborate with senior stakeholders around the world at all levels as a part of your day-to-day business. The ability to manage multiple initiatives in Discovery and delivery is foundational; you should be eager to take on challenges as well as generate product opportunities. Being comfortable with ambiguity, breaking down strategic vision and product design into actionable specifications for development teams are critical to this position. In addition, being a self-starter with the willingness to take initiative and get projects into action and drive them forward.

5+ years experience in Product Management
Prior experience building B2C platforms serving multiple markets or points of sale
Driven by user data, behavioral research, and continuous discovery
Proven history of increasing conversion, customer satisfaction, NPS and other KPIs
Excellent UX/UI sensibility across all breakpoints, OS, and native apps
Excellent technical understanding of system interactions, data flows, and APIs supporting complex products with multiple inter-dependencies
Full professional fluency in German and English with outstanding verbal and written skills
Bonus points for:

Experience working with scalded agile frameworks such as SAFe, Less, Nexus
Experience in financial services, banking, or the payment industry
Good understanding of Inclusive Design/ Design for All and ideally experience with implementation
