You define and execute the company's vision and ensure that strategic business goals are met. You will do so by personally jumping head first into strategic, technical and product related tasks, thus accounting for all critical functions of a typical early-stage high-tech startup and its overall success. You will achieve this goal together with the CEO, our medical partners and our investors. Doing so, you will become a key figure in disrupting a dormant multi-billion market from the very get-go.

Tasks

• Understanding the customer pain-points, defining the product roadmap and drafting the go-to-market strategy
• Creating beautiful customer journeys and workflows for medical treatments and its stakeholders
• Building a winning product/tech team and leading them to product-market-fit and unrivalled growth throughout Europe
• Consistently enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, while driving the company to operative profitability
• Defining the company's strategic direction and reporting together with the CEO to investors and stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years at a VC-funded growth startup within the product department
• Veteran in product management and in SaaS businesses models with CRM elements
• Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and data analysis
• Strong business acumen and sound decision-making skills in ambiguous environment
• Naturally inclined towards process driven thinking
• Self-starter with an insatiable curiosity for the industry and its medical treatments
• Fluent proficiency in spoken and written German(!) and English
