Description
As Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) for our platform for B2B partners, you play a key role at every stage of the product lifecycle, heading up the end-to-end development of our new features and products and ensuring our goals are aligned with customer’s needs. Take full responsibility and ownership of the product, all the way from inception to production. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to build and enhance the product catering to our specific B2B partners. In addition, you will have high visibility to our executive leadership team and opportunities to extend your influence across our overall B2B strategy.

What will keep you challenged?

Own and lead a development team to deliver substantial business values against KPIs
Identify product enhancements and opportunities for the key revenue generators of the company
Partner closely with PoS Development, Business relationship and Operations teams to define the roadmap and product vision
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with our external stakeholders and gain their trust and confidence in our product
Drive Discovery process by partnering closely with Tech Leads and Business
What will make you succeed?

Communication skills are vital – as collaboration with external and internal stakeholders around the world at all levels is a huge part of your day-to-day business. Being comfortable with ambiguity, breaking down strategic vision and product design into actionable specifications for development teams are critical to this position. In addition, being a self-starter with the willingness to take initiative and get projects into action and drive them forward.

5+ years experience in Product Management
Experience building B2B platforms serving multiple markets or points of sale
Excellent technical understanding of system interactions, data flows, and APIs supporting complex products with multiple inter-dependencies
Strong experience in the discovery phase of product management – Problem Statements, User Story Mapping, Minimum Viable Product, etc.
Operational experience driving technology teams
Deep understanding of software development and extensive experience working with diverse international teams

Bonus points for:
Experience working with scalded agile frameworks such as SAFe, Less, Nexus
Experience in financial services, banking, or the payment industry
