Position Overview:
The Forrest Group is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant (Paid Intern). This remote position offers the chance to engage deeply with the administrative and operational aspects of a leading tech service provider. The successful candidate will support our team in administrative tasks, project coordination, and office operations, contributing to our mission of elevating customer experiences through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Support in preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and data analyses.
Handle communication and correspondence with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Aid in organizing company events, meetings, and seminars.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and inventories accurately.
Offer support on projects as needed, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a quick learner of new software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong interest in technology and innovation, particularly in customer experience enhancement.
