HR Generalist & Office Manager

The Role
As HR Generalist & Office Manager, you will be in charge of the full life cycle of the Indie Campers team: purpose is to find, develop, motivate, and retain our staff. You will act as an ambassador for the company culture and will support teams on the ground, allowing the company to expand and grow in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for all human resources related activities. You will contribute to HR Projects and initiatives as nominated, bringing local expertise, knowledge and feedback. You will need to make sure our people are always seen as our priority. You will constantly evaluate and develop the way we manage the entire life cycle of each employee, which requires a comprehensive sensibility about how our business works and 360º view overall human resources related concepts and processes.

What you´ll do:

• Recruitment & onboarding
• Oversee and optimize recruitment process of different positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback and offer
• Responsible for on boarding structure and training materials coherence and constant updates
• Operations, development and performance management
• Create and monitor development plan to each US team member
• Monitor and develop employee productivity
• Support the performance review process
• Partner with leadership to develop succession plans
• Measure and control Operational KPIs
• Develop new metrics and points of analysis
• Mentor and train managers to roll out development strategies
• Evaluate staff needs and business partnering opportunities
• Structuring compensation and benefit packages
• Measure, communicate and improve variable remuneration scheme (dependent on the above KPIs)
• Culture & People
• Guarantee cultural and procedural alignment to promote a sense of belonging
• Responsible for HR metrics of Indie Campers staff such as turnover, engagement and time to hire.

Who you are:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or a related analytical field;
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources / Recruitment
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Experience with HR data, systems and metrics
• Passionate about driving impact and being comfortable being held to account for delivery
• Collaborative and hands on spirit while dealing with Human Resources needs;
• Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition;
• Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
• Proactive approach and can-do attitude
• Very strong communications skills
• A self-starter and a team player
• Diligent, with keen attention to detail;
