Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Proficiently identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including social media and email.
- Build and maintain comprehensive lead lists for targeted outreach.
- Utilise email, cold calling, and social media for effective outreach.
Utilise online platforms, events, and networking to discover new business opportunities.
Guest Relations
Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries on social media, responding promptly and professionally.
Share property details, brochures, and pricing information with potential guests.
Manage guest relations, coordinate payments, address concerns, ensure a seamless concierge experience and maintain clear communication throughout the guests stay.
Communicate with followers, respond to booking queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Partnerships
Proactively seek collaboration opportunities with influencers and brands.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
Social Media Management
Drive follower growth and engagement on social media platforms.
Create engaging content, including brochures, presentations, and one-pagers for guests.
Monitor social media channels, responding to comments, and ensuring a positive online presence.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Qualifications Required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector or a similar profile is a definite plus.
- Proven ability in lead generation and guest relationship management.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Strong organisational skills to manage leads, collaborations, and guest interactions.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating promotional materials.
- Aggressive about meeting goals & and timelines.
