Job Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at FVG, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities will span content strategy, scheduling, SEO application, and fostering a positive online community. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging social media to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

*Key Responsibilities: *

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand visibility, improve marketing efforts, and drive business results. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics.

  1. Content Strategy and Scheduling:
  2. Creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy across various social media platforms.
  3. Utilizing scheduling applications like Planoly to plan, organize, and schedule posts effectively.

  4. Platform-specific Content Optimization:

  5. Understanding the nuances of different social media platforms and tailoring content accordingly.

  6. Identifying the most engaging content types for each platform.

  7. Optimal Posting Times:

  8. Analyzing analytics and user engagement data to determine the best times for posting on each platform.

  9. Adjusting posting schedules based on real-time performance metrics.

  10. SEO Application:

  11. Implementing SEO strategies to maximize the visibility of posts.

  12. Staying up-to-date with social media algorithms and trends to ensure content reaches the widest audience.

  13. Account Reputation and Retention:

  14. Engaging with followers through comments, direct messages, and other interactions.

  15. Collaborating with the video editor to maintain a cohesive content strategy.

  16. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

  17. Posting on stories and ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.

  18. Social Media Management:

  19. Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.

  20. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

  21. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and relevant discussions.

  22. Community Building:

  23. Foster and grow the online community by building relationships with customers, influencers, and industry professionals.

  24. Implement strategies for increasing follower/fan base and engagement.

  25. Campaign Management:

  26. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives.

  27. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing campaigns.

  28. Stay Informed:

  29. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

  30. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.

*Qualifications: *

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their specific features.
  • Proficient in using scheduling applications like Planoly.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
