The Republic of Palau's Digital Residency Program provides the world's first Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID on-chain. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence, creating engaging content, and managing advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the growth of our Web3 services and foster strong connections with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
-Monitor and report on key social media performance metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
-Produce compelling and relevant content that resonates with our audience, ensuring consistency across all social channels.
-Proactively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media, blockchain, and Web3 to keep our strategies and content fresh and relevant.
-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
-Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
-Analyze social media advertising data to make informed decisions and improve future campaigns.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in a Social Media Manager role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and achievements.
-In-depth understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
-Solid grasp of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
-Knowledgeable about blockchain, Web3, and associated technologies.
-Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
-A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of thinking outside the box.
-A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
