The Role

The Community Manager at TransFi plays a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with the community members. The primary responsibilities include being the main point of contact for all community members and managing various social media channels, such as Discord, Telegram, X, and also Customer Service channels. This role requires proactive engagement with the audience, organizing community activities, and facilitating effective communication between community members and the Customer Support team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure 24/7 coverage by the Community team of TransFi's social media channels to address community feedback and concerns so that inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive community atmosphere that aligns with TransFi's values.
  • Act as a bridge between the community and the Community team, ensuring that community queries are effectively forwarded and addressed.
  • Provide assistance and support to community members by directing them to the appropriate resources or channels.
  • Organize and execute community activities, events, and campaigns to enhance engagement and foster a sense of belonging within the community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and feedback from the community to improve products and services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in community management, with a track record of successfully building and maintaining positive online communities.
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus

We are looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with community members and convey information clearly.
  • Someone who is already familiar with social platforms such as Telegram, X, DIscord, etc.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who can take initiative in organizing community activities and addressing community needs.
  • Someone willing to do shift work, 40-hr week, to ensure 24/7 coverage
