• Cofound a hiring agency with build3, targeted at the startup ecosystem - working with early stage and mature startups to provide a diversity of work and revenue (mix of cash and equity) to ensure the agency is financially sustainable

• Build an agency from scratch, or if you have an existing agency, understand alignment with build3 and co-create amazing strategies and implementation plans for future growth

• Go beyond just looking for a role fit at a startup - ensure new hires are in sync with the values of an organisation and the direction in which it is going. Essentially go beyond just checking a box and truly see if an individual matches with a startup.

*What you need to bring to the table

• Experience working as an HR professional, with proficiency to strategise and implement the end-to-end hiring process - using creative candidate sourcing methods, experience conducting thorough candidate screening and interviews, onboarding and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design think and structure product development end-to-end to hire profiles for specific roles in startups
• Familiarity with softwares, applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technologies to streamline the hiring process
• Understanding of relevant labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, diversity and inclusion standards and hiring compliance standards to ensure adherence and mitigate legal risks
• Understanding of the entrepreneurship space and entrepreneurial experience will be a plus!
• Customer and service orientation is a driver EVERY SINGLE DAY
• Personality traits include being organised, motivated, social, energetic, empathetic, humble, self-managers/starters, and patient to hire the right person for the right role
• Overall alignment to build3 values is a must, do have a look at our not-so-long list :)
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of Hindi is a good to have ; the building will happen out of Goa
