We are looking for young, enthusiastic people for the below activities
•Assists in preparing job descriptions in the pre determined templates
•Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
•Sources applicants by posting on relevant job boards
•Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
•Co-ordinates scheduling of interviews with hiring manager and follows up for feedback
•Does salary negotiations and closes offers
