Job Description:-

You are responsible to take telephonic interviews of the candidates.
Coordinating with the candidates and HR during Walk-In Interviews.
Maintaining database through references & job portals.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Handles employee relations counselling and exit interviewing.
Assist in implementing the employee engagement activities.
Regular follow up with candidates & clients.


Skills Required:-

Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher required.
Excellent time management, organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
