Job Highlights
1/ Basic salary MYR3.5K-4K + Quarterly KPI bonus + Monthly parking and petrol allowance

The Role
Merchandising:
1/ Responsible for the whole procurement process and scheduling to ensure smooth and on time operation for fulfilment team
2/ In charge of the day to day operation in procurement, work with suppliers to order, arrange and manage stock for all markets e.g. Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan
3/ Inventory and cost control, reporting
Catalogue Management:
1/ Manage our product catalogue, regularly refresh our product offerings, manage our catalogue for different markets and channels to achieve sales target
2/ Develop partnership with new vendors to enrich our product catalogue
Others:
1/ Support fulfilment team in inventory maintenance and delivery process
Looking for
1/ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2/ 2-3 years of working experience in eCommerce or online business is required. Remote working experience is advantageous
3/ Excellent command of English and good Cantonese is required
4/ Must be proficient in MS Excel. Experiences in any CRM/ ERP system is advantageous
5/ Highly detail minded. Able to achieve target and deliver quality work for internal operation team
6/ Immediately available preferred
