- Responsible to organise, and scheduling events or functions activities (internal and external) of the restaurant together with the Marketing team and restaurant manager
- Oversee daily management operations by regular evaluation of the business efficiencies
- Menu planning with Finance members, Chef and Manager of the restaurant Inspection of cleanliness, food setting, safety and health precautions
- Able to handle customers feedback/ complaints concerning food quality and service
- Ensure the company service standards are upheld, outlet adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements
- Supervise and support the operations of the restaurant
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management
