E-commerce Warehouse Lead

What we're looking for
As our e-commerce warehouse lead, you will be integral to the success of our e-commerce fulfillment and shaping the do's and operations at AllSome.

You'll partner with our CEO & Founder and support many aspects of operation-buildings, from establishing internal processes and structure, to larger strategic distribution planning. This role is great if you have the ambition to one day have millions of e-commerce outlets using your protocols to ship orders fast and with the coolest seamless technology.

What you'll do

• Builder: Leverage a self-starter mindset and build the operation processes to ensure on-time and error-free fulfillment, end-to-end.
• Time-keeper: Forecast, manage teams, stand-by, execute and complete fulfillment before shoppers realized.
• Operational practices: Help set operational best pratices and standards as we are rapidly scaling up.
• Leadership: Plan the human resources and support the team with sufficient resources and mentorship and more.
• Fulfillment culture: Contribute to improving and keep things moving.
  

Background

• 5+ years of hands on warehouse, logistics or fulfillment, ideally a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in logistics, management, business preferred
• Experience in early-stage startups preferred
• Passion for e-commerce, shopping, technology, logistics
