Sr. Graphic Designer

We believe your attitude determines everything. We want someone with
a keen eye for detail, who loves feedback (... usually). A self-driven
person who understands that while design is subjective, it needs to
have the right kind of appeal for the right audience - and can adapt
his/her art accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Need to understand client brief and design as per the expectation
● Create and design compelling layouts and graphics within brand
guidelines
● Need to visualize and develop 'out of the box' creatives (and wherever
possible, redefine the box)
● Design for a variety of platforms
● Work with other team members to proactively determine the designs
pertaining to each campaign plan
● Understand, ideate, and execute across multiple design languages
● Ensure usable, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient design layouts.
● Aim for growth regardless of the task
● Actively participate in shaping the success of the team
● Must adhere to TAT for all deliverables.
Bonus Skills: p
● Working knowledge of animation/motion design for digital marketing
● Some experience with UI, basic understanding of UX
