Report to: Brand Manager

Location: New Delhi (Chattarpur)

Reportees: Social Media Executive

Experience: 3+ year of experience

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team who have past experience with fashion brands or someone who has a knack for the fashion industry. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy for our clients in order to increase online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Digital Marketing and Brand Managers.

Job description:

• Responsible for managing managing various social media platforms for multiple brands

• Person will be responsible for visual storytelling to engage users on various platforms

• Create, manage and oversee social media content for multiple Social media platforms such as

• Twitter, Facebook, Insta, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn etc.

• Generate Campaign Ideas and get them executed while creating reports to help analyse and present their performance.

• Create catchy copy for the campaign that will ultimately be used in hashtags and will become part of the brand or an event that the brand will be recognized by.

• Incumbent will be responsible for managing a team social media junior members

• Collaborate with the Creative team, Marketing and Brand Management team to to align deliverables for each brand.

• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

• Incorporating SEO keywords in the content being published.

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Job Requirement:

Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practises

• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

• Excellent multitasking skills

• Team player

• Good time-management skills

• Graduate or PG in Communication or relevant field
