Design Manager

What we are seeking:

We are looking for looking for UX & UI Designer / Product Designers / Designer who can drive end to end design journeys for high impact. The person will be responsible for Complete Design including Front End & Back End, Graphic Design, Content Design, Visual Design.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in UX & UI Design.
• Translate requirements into defined design objectives.
• Develop high level and detailed concepts, storyboards, mockups and prototypes.
• Independently work on design journey for products - from user research to identify the need to evaluating the final product experience.
• Ability to come up with solutions that overlap client needs, design and technology.
• Ability to communicate design effectively, regardless of the audience.
• Create wire-frames, beautiful mockups, amazing prototypes, and help implement your designs to pixel perfection.
• Deliver a cross-platform user experience that is simple and elegant.
• Present and communicate your designs to the team and the greater organization to build consensus around your concepts.
• Create, prototype, test, and iterate concepts with product and marketing.
• Ability to document design process and validate designs with users.
• Relevant design education adhering to a deep understanding of the design process.
• Complete grasp of design process with a keen eye for details.
• Expert in using the design and prototyping tools of preference.
• Experience working in a fast paced and iterative product development environment preferably B2B.
• A holistic understanding of technology is a plus.
