Product Manager

The Opportunity

Findex DNA is the digital arm of Findex creating fintech software for the wider financial services market. We are out to challenge the status quo and transform ways of working so that together we can create new value and help people thrive. We build disruptive custom software for gaps in the fintech market, enabling efficiencies and bespoke solutions for customers.

Due to the recent success of one of our key products, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team. This newly created role will run a team to design, build and support one of our core products. You will work with your team and stakeholders right from the ideation stage through until delivery and measuring back on the success metrics put in place.

Responsibilities

• Adopt, lead and support the use of Agile methodologies
• Develop and deliver the rolling Product roadmap as well as the longer-term Product vision
• Determining customer or user needs via research
• Working with stakeholders to sell the vision, create buy-in, understand needs, agree timelines and deliverables
• Identify and call out blockers or risks early, then manage a safe path
• Analyse data and insights from user behaviours and feedback to inform product direction
• Responsibilities from ideation right through to delivery and success measurement

We are ideally looking for candidates who have:

• Experience managing products or projects from inception to final delivery and feedback loop
• Working knowledge of the Agile approach to Project Management
• Ability to lead a team of people toward a common goal
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications in relation to Prosci Change Management, Agile SCRUM master, Agile Project Management, etc.
• Relevant degree in Business, Accounting, IT or similar (desirable)
• Prior experience in the financial or professional services industry (desirable)
