Curve Tomorrow (Curve) is an award-winning software company that focuses on digital health software. Curve works together with healthcare organizations, researchers and doctors to develop digital healthcare products. The company has ~ 40 employees and has offices in Australia, India, Pakistan and the Netherlands. We are also a certified B Corp!

A number of Curve products that are currently in the market:

  • Booking system by which deaf and hard of hearing people can book a translator for their appointments. Currently used nationwide in Australia, 25,000 bookings per year.
  • A smartphone application called Headcheck by which parents can accompany their child at home after they have had a concussion. Deployed nationwide in amateur sports leagues.
  • A spin-off product called WeGuide. WeGuide is an application that allows healthcare professionals and researchers to better guide patients during their treatment. Patients receive support during their care process through various interactions (education, questionnaires, reminders).

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our world leading digital health team in our Melbourne office.

ROLE MISSION: To take overall responsibility for analysing and improving the business systems, work practices and compliance within the team.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Work proactively with users throughout the business and externally to help write business processes, procedures and work practices. Create user flows and implement change across the business to help us meet our work standards.
  • Help us identify business inefficiencies and help to implement improved processes, practices and behaviours across the organisation
  • An understanding of different project management methodologies including Agile, and assist the project management team throughout the customer lifecycle from project plans, scoping and costing, resource management and stakeholder management.
  • Ownership of implementing solutions to improve the business including assisting with team training plans, quality management systems and ISO compliance where required,
  • Being a key part of developing team training requirements, assist with team with onboarding and hold formal training classes to use the business systems created,
  • Being the go-to person within the team for information and guidance on any system decision making process.
