As Safewill grows, we're seeking a transformative Senior Product Manager to drive significant impact within our business. This role is perfect for someone with a blend of passion for technology, customer-centric innovation, and agile responsiveness to market dynamics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products successfully.
• Prioritise product features and manage the development timeline.
• Conduct user research and testing to ensure product-market fit.
• Develop a comprehensive launch plan encompassing marketing, sales, and support strategies
• Set clear priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and senior leadership.
• Inspire and lead the team towards achieving product goals.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and coaching to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Gather customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Work with engineering to prioritise feature development and bug fixes.
• Analyse product data to inform decision-making.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including decisions on product sunset or pivots.

*Your Skills *💡

• Several years of experience in in product development, project management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in developing and launching products.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, and manage stakeholders' expectations. Be able to inspire and motivate their teams to achieve the product goals.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders. Be able to clearly articulate the product's vision, strategy, and features to the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Strategic thinking skills and mindset to be able to develop a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals. Be able to think creatively and innovatively to differentiate the product from competitors.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyse data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical considerations such as budget, timelines, and resources.
