Product Manager

We're on the lookout for a mid-level PM (~5+ years experience) to join us at eTale (https://www.etale.io/) and help us build out the future of bricks and mortar retail. The role would entail things like

• Understanding the pain points of bricks and mortar retailers, and working with our eng team to design solutions
• Speaking to customers to understand the value our solutions bring, getting feedback and iterating on solutions
• Helping us prioritise the crazy number of ideas we have into a structured product roadmap
• Designing the onboarding process for new customers, making sure the experience is as seamless as possible
• And many, many other things

At eTale, our goal is to be the backbone of bricks and mortar retail by bringing the data-driven decision making of the online world, to the offline world. We do this by giving retailers never before seen data about what happens in their stores by tracking how products move in real-time. Which products are tried on? For how long and with what? What is the in-store cart abandonment rate? Which products are mismerchandised? What products pair well with the ones a customer is holding right now? What information can we learn about customers based on their browsing habits?

These are the questions we are trying to solve every day, and want a skilled PM to help us do it. Also, the hardware we use is impressively inexpensive and recyclable.
