We are looking for an experienced CDO to oversee our organization’s business development. You will be responsible for customer acquisitions and growing the business bottom line.
You will develop our sales process from cold emailing to how we handle inbound leads. You will handle building partnerships with Incubators ,Vc and other companies that make tools for companies. To start your number one priority will be getting our first 100 clients through purely outbound tactics then when we get to about 20ish clients we will bring on a marketing person to do marketing to start devioling inbound.

Responsibilities
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Design and develop cold email tactics and other non paid ads type strategies
Build our sales team
Create nurture relationships with other business

Requirements
Proven experience in Biz Dev or relevant role
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
