Job Description

ADSPACE® is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to expand their knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem while gaining insight into some of the fastest-growing businesses in the country.

ADSPACE® stands alone in the crowded digital marketing agency field by focusing on holistic growth marketing strategies and tactics and through the successful development and implementation of its own proprietary methodology called "The 5 Pillars of Ecommerce".

Our Account Executive position focuses on uncovering business opportunities through research, list management, and targeted outbound outreach. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in full-cycle sales and the ability to move prospects through our consultative sales process, deliver custom high-quality proposals, and close successful deals. We expect you to be an organized and strategic professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and engage business owners in need of digital marketing services.
  • Provide detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Speak to business owners and/or marketing executives daily to uncover and understand their unique challenges and goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from establishing a customer contact through closing a deal.
  • Propose unique ADSPACE® solutions addressing client business needs.
  • Use our internal CRM to leverage/nurture our existing contacts through sales and marketing automation.
  • Transform inbound and outbound leads into qualified sales opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics and become proficient at explaining each of them in detail.
  • Understand how to quickly audit a business by focusing on our proprietary methodology called "The 5 Pillars of Ecommerce"
  • Create custom proposals for businesses that clearly explain how ADSPACE® can help drive growth through our proven strategies and tactics.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a closing sales role.
  • Highly organized personalities required.
  • Competitive drive to exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Comfortable with high volume communication via phone and email.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions, absorb valuable information from potential clients, and take diligent notes.
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to uncover new sales opportunities and build relationships.
  • Team-player attitude, but with a self-starting mentality and ability to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in a client-facing role.
  • Professional and respectful demeanor towards internal and external business partners.
  • Effective time management in a professional setting.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Integrity and optimism, regardless of the situation.
  • Use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
