Ei is an innovative tech company that has been helping our customers find a better way to do their jobs in the industrial and construction environment for over a decade.

The last several years we’ve developed and launched a Digital Twin (3D Portal) product that has gained traction at major enterprise organizations leading to a need to further scale the sales team. We also support our customers by digitizing CAD drawings, laser scanning and reality capture, 3D mapping, and integrating various plant data systems to deliver our mission to find a better way.

The heavy industries have traditionally lagged on deriving value from technology adoption relative to many other industries. That combined with the changing market/demand dynamics has led to the current glut of demand for “Digitalization” and “Industry 4.0” tools that multi-billion dollar companies like BASF, Shell, BP, Exxon, and many others are now seeking to capitalize on.

Role Overview

The role of a Senior Sales Executive is to win business at net-new client accounts by creating and converting on opportunities, as well as growing and expanding on those client accounts.

This role will receive lead generation support from the business development team, but will also be responsible for generating leads and meetings. This role reports to the Sales Director.

While this role is primarily remote, we prefer a team member in Texas or Louisiana area.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven full cycle sales experience, from proactive prospecting to closing
  • Proven ability to engage, build relationships and close with buyers
  • Competitive drive and goal-oriented personality to achieve expectations
  • Successful selling technology and services in B2B sales environments
  • Experience with CRMs to manage sales tasks, pipeline, and closing (Pipedrive and SalesForce ideally)
  • Combination of soft and hard skills, including communication, curiosity, business acumen, and entrepreneurial energy

Preferred:

  • Experience with buyers/plant leaders in the heavy industries (oil, chemicals, energy, etc.)
  • Startup or small company experience, ideally in a flexible, early growth sales team

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business and set client accounts up for long-term success and growth.
  • Monitor current pipeline health and prospect into target accounts to generate additional opportunities.
  • Maintain a set of target accounts and continually prospect into those accounts to drive pipeline.
  • Through creative and client-centric prospecting techniques, set meetings with leads who meet our Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
  • Delivering product demos to potential clients.
  • Use Ei’s Sales toolset to identify target leads and contact information.
  • Support and recommend improvements to our sales and client management processes.
  • Work with our CRM and other sales tools to drive efficiency and collaboration.
