We are a fast growing tech startup working with fitness clubs helping them retain more members through cutting edge AI-enabled marketing automation. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional who is passionate and performance driven to be part of something big and grow with the company.
As a Sales Executive your primary objective is to find & close new clients for our saas product. You must have previous software B2B sales experience. Ideal candidates are process-oriented, ambitious and self-driven and can hit the ground running asap.
Responsibility
1. Revenue. You will own all new customer development activities and quota achievement for your area.
2. Strategy. You will be responsible for defining and executing various sales strategies for your prospects.
3. Close. Demo our product to prospects and follow up to close deals.
4. Report. Manage the entire sales process and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
5. Maintain Relationships. Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the industry.
6. Client Success. Work closely with the client success team members ensuring all new customers are properly on-boarded and retained.
Qualification / Skills
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS selling experience.
- Ability to show consistent achievement of enterprise sales quota.
- Experience managing sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting.
- Strong ability to communicate value propositioning for complex enterprise SaaS technology.
- Displays a positive attitude.
- Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
- Show initiative for learning by seeking out answers to daily technical challenges.
- Sets high standards of performance for oneself.
- Establishes good working relationships with team members.
- Appreciates each team member's contributions and values each individual member.
- Ability to work quickly and patiently as part of a small team growing rapidly.
- Strives to help the team succeed, even when it means working outside the job description.
