You will work with our Customer Services team who are responsible to answer enquiries and provide solutions to our customer in a timely manner. We valued our customers a lot as they are our core value and you will be playing a predominant role in our Company.
Responsibilities
We value our customers so the CS team is the predominate gear for us to empower the business.
- Answer the incoming calls and emails from customers
- Deliver the best-in-class customer services and solutions
- Coordinate with business teams to eliminate any potential risks in terms of customer services
