The Role

An Assistant IT Manager is a role involving technical support and operations duties. Your primary role is to serve as assistant to technical operations manager (TM) on client projects while your secondary role is to assist with managing internal cloud environments and technical resources.

MAIN DUTIES:

Assist TM with client-side technical support matters, including but not limited to client-side solution support and occasionally on-site support under TM's supervision
Assist TM with client-side technical operations matters, including related documentation, testing and deployment support
Perform source code review and maintenance of current company technical resources
Assist with technical support for demo preparation and client engagements
Handle ad-hoc assignments and tasks from the Sales and Marketing Team

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in IT Operations, preferably in the IT solutions/delivery field
Proficient in English writing. Experience with IT project documentation is a plus
Good in programming language: Node.JS, React.JS, MySQL, SQL Server
Good in OS Operation: Linux Centos, Redhat ** REQUIREMENTS:**
1 year experience working with, for and in IT-related projects
Passion for technological development and programming in general
Self-motivated, quality orientated with strong sense of responsibility
Team player that can convey ideas in a clear and concise manner
Candidates with partial relevant experiences will also be considered **Salary Negotiable
