Support Officer

Our Support team runs the daily tasks to ensure the smooth handling of cargo from Hong Kong to around the world. As our Support Officer you will join a small team and work with different stakeholders to ensure we provide exceptional service to our customers.

• Make sure seamless operation of cargo shipment
• Execute booking and documentation processes with service providers
• Assist the Manager in allocation planning
• Manage allocation with carriers which matches customer’s needs
• Provide after sales service to customer and internal customer
• Prepare reports for stakeholders’ review
